1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern participation in the If-So Partner Program (“Program”) and the use of the If-So Partner Badge (“Badge”).
By embedding the Badge or participating in the Program, you (“Partner”) agree to comply with these Terms and with the If-So Terms of Service.
1.2 The Badge and Program are operated by If-So Technologies Ltd., Israeli CN 516016797 (“If-So” or “Operator”).
1.3 If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not participate in the Program or display the Badge.
2. Partner Badge Usage
2.1 The Badge must be embedded on a homepage or a main service page that is clearly accessible from your website’s primary navigation.
2.2 The Badge must include a link to https://www.if-so.com.
This link must be active and indexable (i.e., it must not include nofollow, noindex, noreferrer, or similar attributes that block SEO indexing or referral tracking).
2.3 The Badge must remain visually intact and may not be altered, animated differently, resized, recolored, or combined with other branding elements without written permission from If-So.
2.4 The Badge must be accompanied by a short descriptive sentence referencing the partnership with If-So (as provided in the setup instructions or an approved custom version).
3. Partner Obligations
3.1 The Partner agrees to maintain the Badge and link on an active page for the duration of the partnership.
3.2 The Partner will not use the Badge in any misleading, defamatory, or unlawful manner or in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation beyond the scope of the Program.
3.3 The Partner is responsible for ensuring that their website remains operational and publicly accessible.
4. Termination and Revocation
4.1 If-So reserves the right to revoke or suspend participation in the Program and/or remove a Partner’s profile from the If-So Experts Page at any time, at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) the following cases:
- The Badge is removed or not properly embedded as required by these Terms.
- The Badge does not include a valid, indexable link to If-So.
- The Badge is placed on a secondary or hidden page not linked from the main navigation.
- The Partner’s website or activity is inconsistent with If-So’s professional or ethical standards.
4.2 In such cases, If-So may remove the Partner’s listing, revoke access to Program benefits, or request immediate removal of the Badge.
4.3 If-So reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Partner Program and the Badge at any time, without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The Badge design, code, and any related materials remain the sole property of If-So Technologies Ltd.
5.2 The Partner is granted a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to display the Badge in accordance with these Terms.
5.3 Upon termination of the partnership or violation of these Terms, the Partner must immediately remove the Badge and any references to the partnership from their website and marketing materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Badge and related materials are provided “as-is”, without warranties of any kind.
6.2 If-So shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Badge or participation in the Program.
7. Modifications
If-So reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page and effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
