502 or 503 Errors

In some rare cases, 502 and 503 errors might occur while using an If-So trigger in some places on your site. In 99% of the cases, the errors will be resolved through the plugin’s settings.

  1. On your WordPress dashboard, go to If-So > Settings.
  2. Change the status of the “Page Caching Compatibility” option and check if it solves the problem.
  3. Change the status of the “the content” filter option, hit “Save”, and see if it solves the problem.

If none of the above helps, please contact our support. We will probably be able to solve it.
